ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1. (D), the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on Thursday, June 30 at 7:00 PM to hear the petition of Richard Rys applying for a Variance seeking relief from front setback requirements to construct an aerial walkway. Property--under construction--is located on Mountain Road in Princeton, Assessors map #8, Lot 25-8. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
